At Nutronicaa Aura Designer Candles, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-poured candles. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, our policy is designed to be fair to both you and our small business.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your candle arrives damaged or is defective (e.g., significant cracks, broken vessel, major sinkholes, or a wick that does not light), we will gladly offer a solution.
Eligibility Window: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Required Proof: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@nutronicaacandles.com with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”. You must include:
Your order number.
Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect from multiple angles.
A brief description of the issue.
Assessment: Our team will review your request and photos and may request additional information. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 3-5 business days.
Once your return is approved based on the provided evidence, we will provide one of the following solutions:
Refund: We will issue a full refund (including any shipping costs you paid for that item) to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Replacement: We can ship a replacement of the same candle, subject to availability. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the damaged item, which can be used for a future purchase.
Please Note: We do not require you to ship the damaged product back to us. We may, in rare cases, request it, but we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
For the following reasons, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
Minor Imperfections: Our candles are handcrafted, which means each one is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, frosting (a natural, crystalline effect on soy wax), and small, harmless surface bubbles or marks are not considered defects but are characteristics of artisan-made products.
Scent Preferences: We cannot accept returns based on the fragrance not meeting your personal expectations. We encourage customers to read the fragrance descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Custom or Personalized Orders: All candles that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
